Refund policy

Womack Marrow Homeware is operated by WOMACK KINETICMARROW TRADING LLC.

30-Day Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@womackkineticmarrowtrading.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship items back before receiving our instructions.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges — please return the original item and place a new order.

Unopened storage and organizing items can be returned to Womack Marrow Homeware within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and unused; when the return is not the result of an error on our part the customer covers return shipping, and we cover it when an item arrived defective or was sent incorrectly.
